DOMESTIC: We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail delivery within the continental United States for any purchase of $100 or more. 2-day delivery and overnight Delivery available for additional charges.  All orders under $100 will be charged according to the destination of the package.  We can ship to P.O. Boxes through the US mail. Please call 1-877-771-9255 for information and charges.

INTERNATIONAL: There will be a surcharge of $15 to all orders outside the continental US and all orders shipped to other countries.  Custom fees, duties, taxes, and all other fees assocciated with packages shipped to other countries will be paid by the customer. 

EXPEDITED: If you would like 2-day delivery or overnight delivery, you must place your order by 3:00 pm EST.  UPS ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Returns Policy

We aim to make your experience as easy as possible at The Walkabout Shop, whether you're shopping online or in our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or return the items purchased.  You can either ship them back to us or come by one of our stores.   Click here for contact and location information.

To recieve a refund on your purchase, your return must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Shoes and other items must also be in new condition, unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.  All shipping charges are non-refundable. For unworn merchandise returned without receipt or past the 30 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.  All credit card returns must be returned on the purchasing credit card. We do not accept checks. Clearance items, sale items, and special order items are FINAL.  We will not accept any returns on these items.

Defective items that are still under the manufacturer's warranty (PLEASE CALL and ask us for more information about each brand's warranty) will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
